Switching from GoHighLevel

Bring over what you want. Leave the rest.

Choose exactly which contacts, deals and history move. See the result before anything is imported. Run it again on switch day.

Connect read-only

Create a private integration in GoHighLevel with read-only access and paste its token. Lead Sifter only reads; your GoHighLevel account is never changed.

Choose what comes over

Contacts by tag, date added, or whether they have an email or phone. Only the pipelines and deal statuses you pick. Texts, emails and calls, from a date if you like. Only the custom fields you want. Contact notes if you need them.

Preview. Nothing is imported.

See how many contacts match, how many would be new, merge into people you already have, or refresh, which tags exist, and a sample of who is in. Adjust until it is right.

Run it, and save the selection

Imports run in the background with progress you can leave and come back to. Save the selection so you can run the same thing again with one click.

Run it again on switch day

Re-running updates what is there instead of duplicating it. Or bring over only what changed since the last run, so cut-over takes minutes.

Undo any run

Every run is tracked on its own. Undo one without touching the others; contacts you already had, and contacts with new activity, are always kept.

What comes over

  • Contacts with tags, custom fields (kept as real number, date and dropdown fields), original created date, address and source
  • Do-not-disturb settings, as separate text, email and call opt-outs
  • Pipelines with ordered stages, and deals with value, status and close date
  • Text and email history, with email bodies converted to text
  • Calls as timeline entries, and optionally notes

Safe by design

  • Nobody is texted or emailed, and no workflow fires, because of an import
  • Contacts that match someone you already have are merged: gaps are filled, nothing is overwritten
  • Your token is stored encrypted and can be disconnected at any time

Not yet brought over: appointments, workflows, forms, users, media, and social or web-chat messages.
