Questions
What happens when my balance reaches zero?
Sending pauses: texts, emails, outbound calls, lead enrichment and the built-in assistant stop until you add funds. Incoming texts and calls keep arriving, and nothing is deleted. We email you before it happens and again when it does.
Will I be charged without realizing it?
No. Money only moves when you complete a card payment or when you have saved a card and switched automatic recharge on. Automatic recharge has a monthly limit you set, stops itself after repeated failed charges, and emails you when it does.
Is there a monthly minimum?
Some accounts have one. If your plan includes a minimum and a full month’s usage comes to less, the difference is taken from your balance at the end of that month. It’s shown on your usage page.
Can I use my own AI account?
Yes. You can run the assistant on your own AI key, so AI usage is billed by your provider, not from your balance.
